Order and returns info

WHEN WILL MY GOODS BE DISPATCHED?

All products will go out between 2-3 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. Estimated arrival time is dependent on the shipping method and where you are located in the country. Please allow a few extra days since COVID-19 has affected mailing drastically.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1. You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 1 working day after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by email contact@hempgardengroup.com.

You can not return your order after receiving it as we have a NO RETURN policy since these are products not regulated by the FDA yet and it is digestible. This is for the safety of all our customers.

2. If the products have already been posted to you we will give you a refund once we have received the 
package UNOPENED back.

3 If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your goods, you will incur a re-delivery charge(s). Refunds will not be given for goods that have been shipped and returned to the Hemp Garden for any of the foregoing reasons. Upon receipt, all goods will be examined. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.

4. If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
